Bananera (Jardínes del Atlantico) is a working banana plantation and a farm. Within this attractions you will find many different types of tropical plants and trees. There is also an exhibition and model on the traditional agriculture and the water system used on Tenerife.

Within the attraction there is a small cafe which sells food and water, not surprising but much of the food is related to bananas.

Bananera is located close to Los Cristianos (to be specific Bananera is located in Buzanada). There is a free bus from from the resorts of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas making this a easy attraction to get to.
